1 c. flour
1 c. water
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 Tbsp. oil
Mix in pan until no lumps. Heat in saucepan on medium-
low heat, stirring constantly until it globs together into a
ball. (Will stick to the pan; must be stirred and watched
closely). Remove from pan; let cool slightly. Knead for 2 to
3 minutes. Serve in an airtight container.
