1 c. yogurt (plain or
1 banana, ripe
1 egg
1/2 c. fruit, fresh or canned
(try peaches, strawberries
or apricots)
2 ice cubes

Measure all ingredients into a blender. Blend until
smooth. Pour into glasses. This makes approximately 4 (8
ounce) servings. If the yogurt is flavored, the addition of
1/2 c. fruit can be omitted.
