SWEET SURPRISES 1/2 c. honey 1/2 c. peanut butter 1 c. wheat germ 1/2 c. cocoa 25 to 30 peanuts coconut, crushed cereal or sprinkles (optional) Mix the honey, peanut butter, cocoa and wheat germ together. Roll small amounts of the mixture into balls 1 inch in diameter, hiding a peanut in each one. Roll the balls in coconut, crushed cereal or sprinkles if desired. Refrigerate or freeze.
