CHILI

1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can chili beans
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. grated Cheddar or
Longhorn cheese

Fry ground beef and drain off grease. Combine all of
the ingredients into a Dutch oven and simmer on top of stove
burner for about 1 hour. Serve in soup bowls. Sprinkle cheese
on top of chili. Serves 4 to 5 people.
