1 (6 to 8 oz.) V-8 juice
4 carrots, peeled and diced
4 medium potatoes, peeled and
3 stalks celery, diced
2 c. cabbage, cut small
1 (8 oz.) can navy beans
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 lb. stew meat
1/4 c. parsley
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven. Add about 2
cups of water and simmer 4 to 6 hours on top of the stove.
Serve with Heather's recipe for Navajo Fry Bread and you've got
one terrific meal!
