CARAMEL TOPPING FOR POPCORN

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. Karo syrup
1 Tbsp. butter

Boil until dark, then add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and 2
tablespoons of butter. This will foam up. Keep stirring and
remove from heat. Pour over a medium bowlful of popcorn. Stir
it all up and eat. It's gooey and so good.
