4 Tbsp. instant cocoa
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Put all ingredients together in a bowl. Beat well.
Pour into freezer forms or ice cube tray with divider. When
partially frozen, a stick may be put in each cube to be used as
a handle. Mint-chocolate bars may be made by adding 1/4
teaspoon mint flavoring.
