DANIEL'S FAVORITE CHOCOLATE CHIP POUND CAKE

4 eggs (at room temperature)
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
mix
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate
chips
1 (4 oz.) bar German sweet
chocolate, grated

Position rack in center of oven and preheat oven to
350 degrees. Lightly butter and flour a 12-inch tube pan. In a large
bowl of electric mixer, beat eggs just until blended. Beat in
sour cream and oil to combine. Add cake mix and pudding mix.
Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Fold in chips and grated
chocolate. Pour into prepared pan, smoothing top with spatula.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until cake tester comes
out clean. Cool cake in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes.
Invert cake onto cake plate to cool completely. Dust top with
confectioners sugar.
