4 oz. cream cheese or 1/4 c.
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
red or green food coloring
cream or milk

Mix together ingredients, adding just enough cream or
milk to make a hard fondant. Knead together. Chill. Make
into little balls and put into molds. Refrigerate. Pop out.
Keep in freezer or refrigerator.
