1/2 c. peanut butter
1/3 c. nonfat dry milk powder
1/4 c. honey
1 to 2 Tbsp. nutritional
brewer's yeast (optional)
1 tsp. pure vanilla
1/4 c. unsweetened shredded
coconut, sesame seed or
chopped nuts (optional)

In medium bowl, mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Shape into small balls. Roll in coconut, seed, nuts or serve
plain. Keep in refrigerator.
