3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
4 beaten eggs
1 box vanilla wafers
whipped cream topping
cherry pie filling
measuring cups
cookie sheet
aluminum cupcake liners
large bowl
wooden spoon
pot holders

Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the cream cheese,
eggs and sugar in the bowl. Put a vanilla wafer, flat side up,
into each cupcake liner. Put a spoonful of cream cheese
mixture on each wafer. Place the tarts on the cookie sheet.
Bake for about 25 minutes. Remove the tarts and let them cool
for 25 minutes. Drop a teaspoon of cherry filling on each
tart. When you are ready to eat them, top with whipped cream
topping. Put a cherry on each.
