FLAG DAY CHEESE LOG 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 oz. Blue cheese 2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery 1 Tbsp. minced onion pimentos chopped walnuts measuring cups measuring spoons large bowl cutting board wooden spoon Mix cream cheese with Blue cheese in the bowl with the wooden spoon. Now stir in the celery and onion. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Remove and shape into a log. Design a flag on top. Use walnuts for stars and slices of pimento for stripes. Refrigerate once more. The cheese log goes great with crackers.
