FLAG DAY CHEESE LOG
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 oz. Blue cheese
2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
1 Tbsp. minced onion
Mix cream cheese with Blue cheese in the bowl with the
wooden spoon. Now stir in the celery and onion. Chill in the
refrigerator for 2 hours. Remove and shape into a log. Design
a flag on top. Use walnuts for stars and slices of pimento for
stripes. Refrigerate once more. The cheese log goes great
