FINGER JELLO

3 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1 c. cold water
3 pkg. (3 oz.) Jell-O (any
flavor)
3 c. boiling water
1/2 c. sugar (optional)

Mix together unflavored gelatin and cold water. Set
aside. Mix Jell-O, boiling water and sugar and add first
mixture. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and refrigerate. Cut
into cubes when firm and eat with fingers. Great to use with
small cookie cutters for special holiday.
