LETTER PRETZELS 1 Tbsp. yeast 1/2 c. warm water 1 tsp. honey 1 tsp. salt 1 1/3 c. flour kosher salt Dissolve yeast in warm water in mixing bowl. Add honey, salt and flour. Mix all together. Take out dough and knead on a lightly floured surface. Shape dough into letters or other shapes. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with kosher salt. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
