CHEESY LEMON BARS 1 pkg. lemon cake mix 1/2 c. butter 1 egg, beaten 1 pkg. lemon frosting 1/4 c. water 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 2 eggs Combine cake mix, butter and egg. Mix until moist. Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan. Blend frosting mix together with water. Mix in cream cheese. Reserve 1/2 cup of this mixture to frost bars after baking. Add 2 eggs to remaining mixture. Beat 3 to 5 minutes. Spread over cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool and frost with the 1/2 cup reserved frosting mix.
