HERSHEY'S COCOA SYRUP 1 c. Hershey's cocoa 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. hot water dash of salt 2 tsp. vanilla Mix sugar, salt and cocoa in saucepan. Add enough hot water to make a paste. Add remaining water. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Boil for 3 minutes and remove from heat. Add vanilla. Pour at once into a jar. When cold, cover and place in refrigerator. Makes 2 cups. Very good. Use to make chocolate milk or for a topping on ice cream.
