1 egg white
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. pecan halves
Beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually add sugar and
cinnamon and beat until stiff peaks form. Add pecans and stir
until well coated. Separate pecans with a fork and place on
well greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
or until egg white is dry and slightly browned.
