MY BEST CHEESECAKE Crust: 1 c. graham cracker crumbs 2 Tbsp. sugar 2 Tbsp. melted butter Filling: 4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs, well beaten 6 Tbsp. sugar 1 Tbsp. lemon juice Topping: 1 c. sour cream 1 Tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla Mix together crust ingredients and pat into 9-inch pie pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Blend in other ingredi- ents and pour into shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Mix together topping ingredients and spread on pie. Bake for another 5 minutes. Chill 3 to 4 hours.
