SUNNY DAY TEA

4 c. cold water
2 regular tea bags
ice cubes
lemon wedges
sugar

Put cold water in large jar. Drape tea bags over edge
of jar so that bags are floating in water and strings are on
outside of jar. Screw lid onto jar so it holds strings in
place. Place jar outside in sunny area for 4 to 6 hours.
Bring jar inside and remove the bags. Squeeze excess water out
of bags and throw away. Serve over ice cubes in tall glasses.
Put 1 lemon wedge on edge of each glass if desired. Add sugar
if you'd like. Serves 6.
