AFTER SCHOOL SPECIAL 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin 1 1/2 c. orange juice 1 1/2 c. orange juice, heated to boiling 2 Tbsp. honey Mix unflavored gelatin with cold orange juice. Add hot juice and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved; stir in honey. Pour into an 8 or 9-inch baking pan and chill until firm. To serve, cut into 1-inch squares.
