2 Tbsp. soft butter
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. granola
In large bowl mash butter with spoon. Add syrup and
stir. Add sugar, little at a time and keep stirring until
stiff. Then with hands, squeeze and pound the candy until soft
and smooth. Add granola and mix well with hands. Break in
pieces, form marble-size balls. Put on plate and refrigerate
at least 1 hour.
