COCONUT LAYER CAKE

1 box white cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
4 eggs

Mix ingredients and beat at medium speed 2 minutes.
Bake 2 (9-inch) layers 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool slight-
ly, slice layers to make 4 layers. Ice with following icing.

Icing:
3 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
2 c. sugar
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Let set while
cake bakes. Spread filling on top and between layers. Chill
overnight before serving.
