PEDRO NACHOS 1 pkg. (12) soft corn tortillas 8 oz. nacho cheese sauce 1 pkg. taco seasoning 1 lb. lean ground beef 1 pkg. taco sauce (optional) First get out a 13 x 9-inch pan. Overlap 6 tortillas to cover bottom of pan. Cook the ground beef and mix with taco seasoning. Then use the mixture to cover bottom of pan. Then spread cheese sauce over the beef and seasoning mixture. Then overlap 6 more tortillas over top of the cheese and spread cheese sauce over all this. Cook it at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Top with taco sauce.
