APPLE CAKE 3 eggs 1 1/4 c. Crisco oil 2 c. sugar 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour 2 medium apples, peeled and chopped 1 c. shredded coconuts 1 c. pecans, chopped Beat eggs, blend in oil and sugar; add flour a little at a time, blending well after each addition of flour. Fold in apples, coconut and pecans. Put cake batter into a tube pan that has been greased and floured. Bake in preheated 350 degrees oven for 1 hour. Cool in pan for 30 minutes, then remove.
