PINEAPPLE UPSIDE-DOWN CAKE
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 white cake mix
Lightly grease cake pan. Pour crushed pineapple on
bottom. Spread brown sugar over pineapple. Prepare cake mix
as instructed and pour in over topping. Bake as cake mix
instructs. Let cool and turn cake pan on foil lined cookie
sheet. If topping sticks just scrape and spread.
