TWICE COOKED CHOPS
6 to 8 medium chops
4 celery sticks
1 large onion
1 Tbsp. garlic
8 oz. soy sauce
Place chops in a 3 to 4 quart pot. Cover chops with
water. Add 6 ounces of soy sauce, chopped onion, chopped
celery and garlic. Boil chops in mixture for 45 minutes.
Remove from heat. Place mixture and remaining soy sauce in
frying pan. Brown chops on both sides.
