WORMS (SWEETS)

1 jar unsalted peanuts (12 1/2
oz. or 1/2 the jar at
least)
2 c. (1 pkg.) chocolate chips
or butterscotch chips
flat pan or cookie sheet
1 can chow mein noodles (5
oz.; a little over 1/2 the
can)

Melt chocolate or butterscotch chips in microwave or
saucepan. Then stir in peanuts until hard to stir. Then very
carefully stir or fold noodles in as much as you can (do by
handfuls as not to overdo). Then spoon onto wax paper-covered
cookie or flat sheet. If you don't have time to wait, put in
refrigerator (especially the chocolate, it takes more time to
harden than the butterscotch). Makes about 1 to 1 1/2 dozen.
