1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese,
at room temperature
1/2 c. sour cream
3 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. salt
1 apple, pared and shredded

Beat cream cheese until fluffy; add sour cream, onion,
parsley, lime juice and salt; mix well. Fold in shredded
apple. Chill at least 1 hour before serving. Makes about 2
cups dip.
