1 large brisket, trimmed
1 large bottle Italian salad

Marinate brisket in salad dressing overnight. Wrap in
foil and bake in oven 5 to 6 hours or on grill. Brush with a
good barbecue sauce.
Note: If you cook it nearly done in microwave or oven,
it won't take as long to get done on the grill. Serve with
green salad and baked beans.
