1 turkey (any size)
2 Tbsp. fat
2 Tbsp. flour

Bake at 275 degrees for 2 1/2 hours; then just under 200 degrees for
many hours. Start any size turkey at 6 p. m. and bake for 2
1/2 hours at 275 degrees, then turn to 175 degrees and bake all night long.
You may need to cover the breast with foil. Do not bake the
bird with stuffing.
To make gravy: 2 tablespoons per cup, 2 tablespoons
brown flour per cup. 1/4 cup= 4 tablespoons=2 cups gravy.
