1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli with
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/8 tsp. white pepper
Saute onion in margarine until tender, but not brown.
Add broccoli, chicken broth, cream and pepper. Cook over
medium heat until thoroughly heated, about 5 minutes.
