1 large pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 can crushed pineapple
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. hot water
Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups hot water. Do not add cold
water. Drain juice from pineapple; mix fruit, cottage cheese
and nuts. Let stand until firm. Beat with mixer until fluffy.
Add Cool Whip and fold into Jell-O mixture. Top can be deco-
rated with nuts and cherries.
