PASTA GARDEN SALAD|
1 lb. favorite pasta
1 lb. fresh broccoli
1 lb. cauliflower
1 lb. carrots
2 envelopes of Italian salad
1 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Cook pasta and drain. Rinse in cold water. Prepare
salad dressing mix as directed. Combine pasta, vegetables,
olives and cheese in large bowl. Add dressing as needed, about
1 1/2 cups. Chill 2 hours.
