PRETZEL SALAD 2 c. pretzels 3/4 c. oleo 5 tsp. sugar 8 oz. container Cool Whip 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 2 (10 oz.) pkg. strawberries (use juice in jello) 1 large pkg. strawberry jello Break and crush pretzels. Mix with oleo and 5 teaspoons sugar. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Mix 8 ounces Cool Whip, cream cheese and 1 cup sugar. Spread mixture on cooled pretzels. Mix jello as usual. Let set, add straw- berries. Pour on top when partially set. Frost top with layer of Cool Whip.
