UNDER THE SEA SALAD (Great With Turkey) 1 large pkg. lime Jell-O 9 maraschino cherries, drained and rinsed 1 can pears, diced and drained (8 oz.), save juice 1 large pkg. cream cheese (16 oz.) 1 jello ring mold 1 tsp. ginger 1 can cranberry sauce, jelled Prepare Jell-O (with slightly less cold water), replace 1 cup of water with pear juice. Fill ring to line, add cherries a little apart and let set to firm in refrigerator. Place rest of Jell-O in medium bowl to firm in refrigerator. When set, beat cream cheese, ginger and Jell-O. Add diced pears and pour into jello mold. Let set in refrigerator. When set, use warm water to set ring in to free Jell-O. Twist to free and flip onto flat dish, place sliced cranberries in center of mold and serve.
