BATTER DIP FOR ONIONS-CHICKEN-SHRIMP EGGPLANT|
1 egg, separated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Beat egg yolk in small mixing bowl. Add salt and milk;
mix well. Add flour gradually. Beat until smooth. Blend in
the butter. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Fold into
batter completely. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
