5 strips bacon, diced
3/4 c. water
5 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 egg, beat slightly
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Fry bacon in medium saucepan until crisp. Add water and
vinegar. Heat to simmer. Beat eggs in small bowl; add sugar,
flour and salt. Mix well. Add to saucepan and bring to boil,
stirring constantly and cook until thickens.
Note: Great over tossed green salad or pasta salad.
Serve warm.
