MOCK WHIPPED CREAM|
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
Use as a topping for fruit or desserts. May be stored for 1
week. Makes 2 cups. Calories: 35 per tablespoon.
