5 chicken flavored bouillon
5 c. hot water
1/2 lb. chopped broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped carrots
6 Tbsp butter
6 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
In large kettle combine bouillon cubes and water. Add
broccoli, onions and carrots. Cook until tender. In small
kettle melt butter and add flour. Cook over low heat about 2
minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in milk and heat until
mixture starts to thicken. Add to vegetables. Salt and pepper
