BROCCOLI AND CHEESE SOUP 2 Tbsp. chopped onion 2 Tbsp. butter 3 heaping Tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper large size Cheez Whiz 4 chicken bouillon cubes 1 1/2 c. water 1 small bunch broccoli, chopped fine In saucepan, cook onions in butter. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until blended. Add milk and cook until thickened, 1 minute. In another pan cook bouillon, water and broccoli until done. Just before serving, add Cheez Whiz. When melted, serve. Serve with seasoned croutons or oyster crackers. Serves 5.
