MCW CHEESY VEGETABLE SOUP

2 c. frozen broccoli, carrots
and cauliflower
1 c. peeled and cubed potatoes
(1/4-inch cubes)
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta, cut in cubes

In 3 quart casserole dish, combine frozen vegetables,
potatoes, onions and celery. Cover and microwave on High for
10 minutes, stirring once. Mix in remaining ingredients; cover
and microwave on High for 9 minutes, stirring twice. Stir
mixture until smooth and serve. If cheese lumps remain,
microwave on High until all melted.
