1 pkg. vanilla pudding
1 pkg. orange or lemon tapioca
1 can mandarin oranges
1 can pineapple chunks
1 banana, sliced
You may substitute vanilla tapioca pudding and one
heaping tablespoon of frozen concentrated orange juice in place
of the orange or lemon tapioca pudding. Cook puddings together
with 3 cups liquid. (Use liquids from canned fruits and add
water to make the 3 cups.) Cool slightly, then add fruits.
