PINEAPPLE SALAD NO. 2|
1 large can chunk pineapple
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. walnuts
Drain pineapple. Combine juice, sugar, flour and eggs
and boil in double boiler until thick. Add butter. Cool and
pour in serving dish over the drained pineapple. Other fruits
may be added such as mandarin oranges, green grapes and ba-
nanas. Decorate with nutmeats.
