GERMAN POTATO SALAD 3/4 c. vinegar 1 c. sugar 1 c. water 1 heaping Tbsp. flour raw onions 1/2 lb. cut-up bacon, fried 3 lb. cooked and sliced salad potatoes salt and pepper to taste Combine vinegar, sugar and water in saucepan bringing to a boil. Mix flour with water to thicken boiling mixture. Add fried bacon and onions to mixture and pour over sliced salad potatoes. Best when served at room temperature.
