RASPBERRY-APPLE SALAD

1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry
flavor gelatin
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cold water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. diced apples
1/2 c. diced celery
2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water,
chill until thickened. Meanwhile, pour lemon juice over
apples; stir into thickened gelatin with the celery and nuts.
Pour into two or three cup mold or five individual molds.
Chill until firm. Unmold. Makes four or five servings.
