TAFFY APPLE SALAD

Salad Dressing:

1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 (8 oz.) can crushed
pineapple, drained (reserve
juice)

Combine flour and sugar; mix well. Beat egg; add to
flour/sugar. Add vinegar and reserved pineapple juice. Cook
in small pan on low heat. Stir and cook until thick. Cool.
4 c. red Delicious apples,
unpeeled, cubed
1 c. salted shelled peanuts,
chopped
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Pour cooled dressing over apples, pineapple and peanuts.
Mix in Cool Whip. Yield: 10 servings.
