MCW B-B-Q SAUCE

1 c. chili sauce
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. liquid pepper
seasoning (Tabasco sauce)
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

In 1 quart casserole thoroughly combine chili sauce,
water, lemon juice, cooking oil, brown sugar, salt, paprika,
pepper seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. Cover. Microwave
at High for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes, until
hot. Use as desired. Makes 2 cups.
The traditional sauce to use when cooking ribs and
chicken. Or, slice leftover beef or pork into barbecue sauce
and serve warm as an entree or sandwich filling.
