MANDARIN BEAN SALAD 1 (16 oz.) can sliced green beans, drained 1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar mushrooms, drained 1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drained 1/4 c. sunflower seeds 1/4 c. thinly sliced red onion 1/2 vegetable oil 1/4 c. wine vinegar 3 Tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. dry mustard In a medium bowl combine the beans, mushrooms, oranges, seeds and onions. In a small bowl blend the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, paprika and mustard. Pour over vegetables. Cover; refrigerate several hours or overnight. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
