2 (No. 2) cans green beans
1 (No. 2) can peas
8 pieces celery, diced
1 onion, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
1 small can pimentos
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. water
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
Mix dressing; stir into the vegetables and marinate
overnight. Serves 15.
