Depending on how many people you wish to serve, cut the
same amount of broccoli, cauliflower and radishes into bite-
size pieces; transfer them into a serving bowl. Toss; mix an
equal amount of salad dressing and plain yogurt together to be
used as your dressing. Add enough dressing to the vegetables
so they become well coated. For other times of the year,
substitute carrots for the radishes and just have crunchy
